  • Building Healthier Communities: Successful Health Fair

    On September 13th, the Costa Hermosa Rotary Club teamed up with Rotary Club Ensenada Todos Santos and Rotary New Port Balboa to launch a Free Health Fair

  • Local families lined up at the "Arturo Paz" Primary School, where volunteer doctors provided free general physical exams and medical checkups.

  • Our cross-border collaboration brought life-changing care to Chapultepec, providing local residents with free visual acuity testing and prescription eyeglasses.

  • Our joint efforts also focused on long-term wellness, offering nutritional counseling and health tracking for children and adults alike.

    We were proud to include specialized physiotherapy sessions, helping patients restore mobility, relieve pain, and improve their physical well-being.

    Smiles were brightened across the community thanks to the dedicated dental team offering free cleanings and preventative dental attention.

  • Beyond the medical impact, the weekend was a beautiful intercultural exchange, uniting international students, global volunteers, and local Rotarians to serve the community together.

  • As a newly established club, our Rotary board members were proud to lead on-the-ground logistics and stand together to mark the successful completion of our first major joint project.

  • Baja Bridges and International Partners Equipping La Misión Fire Department

    In September 2026, the Costa Hermosa Rotary Club partnered with Baja Bridges to deliver critical structure gear, helmets, and boots to the La Misión Fire Department, successfully outfitting the entire station. Alongside Ensenada Fire Department volunteers, club members managed border clearance and logistics to safely equip these first responders.

  • This cross-border project succeeded thanks to key partners: the Havana Rural Fire Department & Rotary Club (Illinois) donated the gear, and Kino Jimenez drove it from Salem, Illinois. Volunteers from the Ensenada Fire Department helped navigate the border, while the Costa Hermosa Rotary Club provided essential on-the-ground coordination and volunteer support.
